The Show
We're a couple of twenty-somethings who like to make food and talk about it, and we're excited you're along for the ride :)

The Daily Dollop is the product of three things: our love of food & cooking, our love of talking about food & cooking, and a coronavirus-induced quarantine, leaving us with more time on our hands and better meals on our (and your!) tables than ever.

We'll talk about everything from starting to cook to the joys of breakfast, our love of avocados to ingredient-substitution, cooking on a budget to cooking in quarantine.

Whether you can spell "oven" but can't use one, are a professional frozen pizza chef, or have been whipping up homemade brownies for years, be assured we're cooking up some delicious content for you.

Executive Producer & Host
While Beans has been munching for ages, he only expanded his plate to hold more than legumes in the past decade. Since then, he's unhinged his jaw and travels to all corners of the world to make his formal apology to all foods for not loving them sooner. He writes odes to avocados and ballads for boquerones, revels in early mornings, and deadlifts whenever he finds a loose barbell lying around.

ONION
Executive Producer & Host
Onion has been in the food business since first sinking her teeth into a juicy Vidalia at the turn of the millennium. She's not afraid to try a new recipe or hone an old-favorite, and she's not ashamed to shed a tear over a spectacular meal. When she's not cooking, you can find her lesson-planning for an education class, cross-stitching up a storm, or rock climbing to her heart's content.
